Jack In The Box - Reservar una mesa

Well, first off, it's been a long time since I was last at a Jack, and I think I remember why, but more on that below. I went this time because it was right near the other business I had just left and I had seen a long line in the drive through at the next most convenient similar establishment. There were four or five cars in the line when I got there. I think I would have gotten through the other place's line quicker, even though each of it's two lanes probably had almost twice as many cars. Now, about the reason I have not been to a Jack in ages: the meat on the burger was very dry and not very flavorful. The bun was quite chewy, too. I went through the drive thru, ordered egg rolls, jalapeño poppers, and a large curly fry. Firstly, they didn 't seem to like their job, but I just thought, oh they 're probably having a bad day, its okay so I went through and got my food. The egg rolls and jalapeño poppers were okay, but they forgot my large curly fry. I went back, told them they forgot, opened the bag to see a large and curly fry. This is all they gave me, and it was cold. They didn 't say anything but just tossed me the bag. I just shrugged it off and went to McDonald 's, but it was upsetting to see how little they cared about their job. Hopefully next time will be better :

This has to be the worst jack in the box ever.This is like my 3rd visit and it gets worst with every visit. I normally don't take time out to right a review but i put everything aside for this one. Went late night because the other place i had in mind was full and i didn't feel like waiting, but wish i would have. The lady at the window was very rude snatched my card out my hand, gave me cold hard burnt fries, also fry box was half filled after ordering a large. No sauce for my chicken strips, after asking me at the intercom. What good is it to ask if your not going to put it in the bag. Terrible service!!

It?s jack in the box. You know fast food, oh but they do have that teriyaki bowl that?s perhaps better than it should be! So let?s talk about what?s important the service and drive through speed.. Quite good! Respectful employees and quick drive through compared to some of the competition that is in the area. Glad to have it.

Food was hot and fresh. Curly fries were crisp. Order prepped correctly and everyone was polite.
