now. in the last 18 years this is still the worst jack in the box I've ever been. I waited for about 25 minutes to pick up my mobile order, we still forgot to give us a part of our order, and I started with over 18 years that this place was always messed up, rude or long waited. I've learned I'm not coming back. I thought there were a few years between visiting, could change the place, I was wrong.
We had some great tickets and decided to make the most of them! Since the kids prefer chicken sandwiches over burgers, we opted for one of the two combo deals featuring crunchy chicken and a beef combo. Both were delicious, but once again, the chicken took the win!
Very disappointed about my visit today. Went at 9 pm. No shakes of course. Plus order a jumbo jack and I get a burned bun. I get that your busy but I'm pretty sure you saw this burned bun while making the sandwich and the whole sandwich was awful. Never again.

Mid afternoon. Berta was very helpful. Food was hot and good. Chicken strip snack has some kick to it. Their spicy good sauce is just that-good! Please keep the new sauce and the good good sauce.
I really appreciate how this place offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner at any time. The food is delicious, and the prices are comparable to other casual dining restaurants.
One of the absolutely slowest JBXs I have ever been to!!! The food was also cold and fries were chewy! I love jbx but unfortunately I have the worse one by my house
The location on sweet water drive thru is always long and workers take along time to serve costumers. The location says it closes at 10pm but it was closed at 9pm. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food is good but it always has a big line at the drive though and to get back on the main road could be a bit hazardous, with that said still a good jack
