So the first time I went, it wasn't bad. Not really great on the speed. The second time, I ordered through the app so it would be ready by the time I got there. Yeah no. They did not get the order for some reason and had to call the manager to get authorization to make the order. I got an attitude from one lady telling me to go ahead and request a refund and cancel the order. Woman. I want food. I paid you for said food. I wouldn't get my money back for at least up to five days and that still doesn't help the hunger situation. So what should have taken maybe 20 minutes tops if that turned into about an hour wait. I would give it a zero star rating if i could with my experience at this location. I ordered 3 Mega munchie boxes off of their personal app. said it comes with 45 tiny tacos, 30 nuggets and curly fries each. when i got my food home i was missing 45 tacos all together and instead of getting nuggets i got jalapeno poppers. immediately called the store to get this issue fixed was told to come back through and they will fix it, then when i got there they told me there is nothing they can do about it, and when i asked for a manager they told me the manager didn't want to talk to me. Absolutely rude and disrespectful crew and atrocious customer service. would never recommend this location to anyon...
Don't order from the App or you'll never get your order. Placed an order through the app and confirmed it was ready. Arrived at the store and the store could not find my order. I waited over 45 mins and my order never went through. The store never tried to help me out. They told me to contact through the app to request a refund. Jack in the Box you guys can go pound sand for all I care.
waited 10 minutes in the line to put a request. 6 employees including 2 managers looked at me without providing help. 15 minutes to get my order. watching someone who ordered me to get their order. manager finally asked me what I ordered when she had no notice. they will definitely have the driving thru business on point. will not return.

service was friendly, but it seems that many do not avoid me as they do not speak English. Eating was just okay. I haven't been to jack for years. it seems that in this time has suffered good quality. I wish I read the reviews first. many people who make comments with little to no change in the last months. apathy or weak management?
As for the food, it wasn’t anything to write home about. The fries were decent, and the burger was fine. If you happen to stop by, you won’t have a bad experience, but don’t expect anything too thrilling. It’s the kind of place you might visit once in a while; after all, who doesn’t enjoy curly fries?
pricy and inconsistent with my opinion. the shake was good, but too thick to drink with a straw. a burger for my friend, they were shocked, the combo was over ten dollars. but so it is. shake bacon cheeseburger burger and fritten $14.14
I used to really enjoy Jack in the Box, so when I had a craving, I stopped by with my husband to pick up some food. The quality of the food was just okay—nothing special. We went through the drive-thru.

Used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the inside. Very greasy food, staff was overworked and we had to repeat our order several times. Would not recommend it!
