Listen it’s Jack-in-the-Box if you don’t know what they serve Jack-in-the-Box you have it been out to the club and got hungry at 2 AM. This Jack-in-the-Box is really clean and the staff is very nice. Most of the business is it just thisJack-in-the-Box goes through the drive-through. so if you’re looking for a dine and experience it’s pretty good here causemore often than not you’ll be the only person inside. The food is always cooked to order. So really anything that you seethat’s negative Hass to be from somebody that’s taking it home and was dissatisfied when they got home.
Terrible service my food was cold they don't speak lound enough in the drive thru very hard to every hear what they are saying and since when do employees dress up for work they have on to much jewelry I always see them with ear pod like if there talkingon there phone or listing to music I've been going there for a long time and i don't think I'm ever going to that locationanymore it was a perfect fast food restaurant to stop by on the way home but you just lost a good customer after tonight????????????????
I had a coupon for a buy one get one free breakfast croissant. The person at the counter seemed unsure of how to process the coupon. The final price came out higher than I expected (I've used this coupon before). When I inquired about the discrepancy, he replied that he didn't know and that he didn't have control over anything, but assured me I was still getting one free. I decided then and there that I wouldn't be returning.
We went inside to order because drive thru takes forever at this place. Well going inside wasn't any better. 5 employees including manager all visibly saw us standing at register nobody came to help us for like 15 minutes. Took another 15 minutes to get our food. 2 people came in behind us and left because it was taking so long. What has happened to customer service. It sure sucks here. Wouldn't recommend this place!

Night shift just doesn’t want to work and uses the same excuse every single time. “Our system is down” conveniently at night, but never during the day? I know it resets at 4am cuz I waited a whole hour to get food. But it’s too much of a coincidence that they say the system is down so often at night.
The cashier is very rube told me that I shouldn't put onions on my sandwich thin had told me I needed coupons for the 6 dollar special an also started an argument with me but i must say that the food was cooked well
