I experienced poor customer service during my visits. My orders have been incorrect every time I've ordered from this location. The staff are loud and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. While the food is acceptable, the unpleasant attitude of the employees makes it not worth returning.
The sign outside states that dining in is available from 6 AM to 2 AM. I took my kids there for a late-night shake at 8 PM, but the doors were locked. If you’re still operating under "COVID" restrictions, you should definitely post a sign with your temporary hours on the door.
5 stars for the staff, not for the app lol. Although it saves some money. I'm in the restaurant and they didn't get my order. Completely and with all my adjustments. And although she didn't get the name of the sweetness that helped me, was really nice and professional.
I really enjoy this Jack in the Box on Caldwell since it's conveniently located right across from my home, making it a nice place to walk to. They have free WiFi, which is a great perk, and the service is always fantastic. I prefer this location over the one on Mooney. Reserva una mesa ahora
I dined in at the restaurant, but unfortunately, the food was cold. They also don't have trays, and there was only one booster chair available for children.
Fresh fries and hamburger. It was very good. Although it's a hit and a miss with this place. It's good when the good night manager it there.
I went there this afternoon and it took 20 minutes in the drive threw to get my older!! They said they only had 3 people working!!
