The lobby was empty except for us the other tables were not cleaned. Employees are not wasting there hands after going into the bathroom. The food was good though but I wish the person taking the order would have greeted us or something instead of looking like we was wasting her time. Yes they were putting the load away the first girl greeted us then I said I was not ready so she called someone from the back. That's were it got bad service I have not been there in awhile but it looks like I'll be driving out of my way for good food and service. Overall seemed pretty clean inside.. regular jack in the box.. I grabbed my order inside to go.. it was missing a 5pc chicken nuggets... I called and talk to manager Claudia and said I'd be heading back towards that way if I can pick it up... She was very polite and respectful and apologized. My nuggets were replaced quickly when I showed up and Claudia apologized again... It wasn't to big of a deal but the customer service was very much appreciated... I was getting lunch for the office and had a slightly large order. The ladies at the front counter greeted me with a smile and both were very sweet. The Store Mgr, Emelda, was extremely helpful, as they were out of drink cup holders so she went and found a small cardboard box that worked perfectly! And even helped me carry it all out to my car. I was pleasantly surprised to see such excellent customer care from a fast food joint. What service! Thanks again ladies, keep up the great work! I'll definitely be back..
Going to this jack in the box is laughable it's a gamble on wether they are going to say they are open or not. Open 24/7 must merly be a suggestion as I have come at different hours of the day on a few occasions to sit at the drive-thru for 5 minutes only to be told they are not taking any orders. To drive by the window and sit there and see the employees just standing there.

As an update, I reached out to them expressing my concerns and was given a website to email for further discussion. However, it felt like my concerns didn’t matter at all. I decided to contact the chain owner directly, but after a week, I still haven’t received a response. It seems clear that they don’t prioritize customer service. Overall, it was a frustrating experience!
I asked my brother to pick me up from here, a few minutes ago he went on the ride thru I told him what I wanted him to have exactly that. I asked for no salat in my tacos and sandwich with a cherry dr. pepper. When he came home, I saw the food and tasted the drink and I got salat in my food and I got a diet of pepper!? I am so angry thanks for the ruin of my morning
This Jack in the Box location is excellent! The service was quick and friendly. My meal was spot on and perfectly prepared. The Southwest chicken salad came with a nice piece of grilled chicken, and the entire salad was delicious. I also enjoyed a strawberry shake, which was fantastic as well. Overall, I really liked my experience!
I realize it's nighttime and the health department isn't around, but they need to adhere to their own policies and avoid handling the finished product with dirty hands. I'm dropping my rating from 5 stars to 1 star, and if I could give it 0 stars, I would. I will never return.

Clean restrooms and restaurant. Staff also were nice with great attitudes. But it's unbelievable it cost $30 for two people.
The employees were very nice as usual. I never have to wait too long in the drive-through.
