I have been visiting this location every Sunday for over three years, consistently ordering the same meal at the drive-thru: fried chicken dinner with fries, slaw, and a large sweet tea. However, in the past few weeks, I've noticed a significant decline in both service and quality. On two occasions, I actually waited over 20 minutes in line for my food. On three other occasions, I left after waiting more than 30 minutes without even reaching the order microphone, only to be informed that it would take 45 minutes for chicken on one occasion and 20 minutes on another. Both times, I decided to leave and went to a competitor, even though I believe their food quality is inferior.
The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I did notice, however, that they encountered some issues with their delivery truck that day. It had been delayed. Interestingly, I had just come from another fast food place in town that was out of a lot more items due to their own truck delay. I’m definitely giving this place five stars—they were fantastic!
Not recommended. The food was not done, the workers didn't wear hair coverings some have big fros. Dead flies everywhere, this place is disgusting, someone please do something here. If the health department walks in they would shut it down. I give goodreviews but this place is bad.flies on floor, windowsills and all the windows.
I'm giving Jack's a 3.5 out of 5. I haven't visited in a while, but the last time I was there, they treated us well. I'm not sure who is working there now, but it seems that some of the younger staff believe they know what they're doing, even though they may not.

We stopped at Jack's while traveling back home.. the tenders were really good .. they did not disappoint even in another state!!!
The food was quite good, although the fries had a bit of a spicy kick. Unfortunately, they did mix up our drink order.
The food was served hot and I received my order in about five minutes. Breakfast is always served quickly here.
