Jacks has always been a fantastic spot to grab a meal, but during my most recent visit, it felt quite disorganized behind the counter and in the kitchen. I’m not sure if it was due to too many people or a lack of guidance and leadership. It can be crucial to have one person in charge who can provide direction and ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, I noticed a small group of young employees sitting in the lobby chatting about work and other topics. It seems like they just need a bit of help to get back to the way things used to be.

I visited the restaurant with my grandchildren, and unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. I saw a cockroach crawling across the counter. When I asked the person taking my order to take care of it, he dismissed my request, saying it wasn't his responsibility. He came across as quite arrogant, and I was really unimpressed with his attitude. Overall, it was very disappointing.
I visited the drive-thru and, living nearby, anticipated that my food would be fresh. However, I was disappointed to find grease on my burger, and the fries clearly tasted stale. My husband ordered the two-piece fried chicken, which also appeared to have been left out for some time. I get that it's fast food, but I honestly expected much better quality.

I wanted to enjoy a meal with my grandchildren, but there were cockroaches all over the counter. When I asked the staff to address the issue, the young man replied that it wasn't his responsibility. He was rather arrogant and certainly didn't provide good service. It was a very disappointing experience.
I had the worst hamburger ever. It was a double with patties that were only 1/8 inch thick and completely dry. There was no cheese, and the burger was cold. Honestly, a microwave burger from a gas station would have tasted much better.
I ordered a grilled chicken BLT salad, but when I got home and opened the box, I found there was no chicken or bacon in it. I went back to the restaurant without checking in at the reception, and they quickly fixed the issue for me.

Stopped in for a quick meal amidst my super busy day....Big Jack Fry special Hit the Spot! Hot and Fresh> Always the way I like it! U Go Jack's!!!
Worst Hamburger. Double hamburger with dry patties 1/8 inch thick. No cheese. Gas Station Microwave Burger would have been much better.
