I used to love going to the Sumiton location. Now if I wake up early enough when they 1st open for service, the food is GREAT taste like the breakfast I was raised up on, but if I sleep in and get up there, 6 am. 6:30 a.m. beating the crowd! The food is great....but go up there 9 till they starting serving lunch don't go it's not as good, guess they get busy and just don't have the time to prepare the food like at 6....but sometimes you luck up and get a welcoming smile and/or someone who woke up on the wrong side of thell bed.Wheelchair accessibility: If you enter OFF THE HWY it'll be on your right has side of the building.
STAY AWAY! 15(actual time on the screen) minutes for cold food prepared incorrectly. Cook was on his cell phone with his sanitary gloves on. Didn 't change them before making my food.. even after I said something. My wife chicken fingers and fries sat in the bag for 12 of those 15 minutes. I travel for work and eat Jack 's from Madison to Dothan, and Opelika to Amory Mississippi.. THIS IS THE WORST JACK 'S IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA.
They shorted us a biscuit, but it was fine. The food was good, they were really busy and the drive through line was out of the parking lot! All of the food was really good though!
We ordered 2 3 piece meals with cookie. And comeback sauce. We received such a small amount of sauce there was not enough for one chicken finger. This has never happened.

Everyone is always friendly. The food was good. My part of the order was wrong and I didn't catch it till I was home but my husband ate it. Everyone else was correct.
Waited in line for 20 minutes to place my order. 10 minutes to get my already made sausage and biscuits. Food wasn't worth the wait.
I typically place mobile orders, and the food is always hot and ready for pickup at the Jack's next to Walker Baptist Hospital.
Fantastic food, wonderful staff, and a spotless restaurant! I highly recommend dining here!
