Could someone clarify why I was served a bowl of gravy instead of a side of grits? Who actually requests a bowl of gravy? If this had only been my one disappointing experience at this Jack's, it might have been funny, but it seems to highlight a recurring issue with attention to detail. I fully understand that restaurants can get hectic, but a bowl of gravy is a bit excessive, even for the South.

Could someone clarify why I was served a bowl of ridge? Who specifically ordered that? If this had been my only negative encounter at this restaurant, I might have found it somewhat amusing, but it points to a worrying lack of attention to detail. I understand that the restaurant is quite busy, but receiving a bowl with an engraving feels rather out of place for the South.
The only reason I?m giving 2 stars is because of the amount of bacon on my sandwich, but other than that, it was awful. My hash browns were thrown into the bag all over the place to the point where the little cup was empty. They could have just kept it. My sandwich was burned and cold tasted awful. I don?t understand how my food was so bad in the height of breakfast time.

Slower than Burger King and that says a lot. Fast food is not fast anymore. Well here anyway. People are just standing around not doing anything making people wait. Stood in line for 10 minutes and turned around and walked out. Used to be a great place. Now all the employees are lazy. Management needs to hang around and watch.

The food is whatever, it?s fast food didn?t expect a miracle but Jesus the drive thru etc is so slow. I aged five years just waiting, I?m unsure why they would consider them selves fast food I?ve seen molasses move uphill faster than their service all to get bland food, the shake was decent though.
