Jack's - Reservar una mesa

Today is October 29th 2023 and I went to this location to order chicken tenders n fries. Also I ordered a big jack combo. I ordered two lemonades as well. So the girl said after one lemonade she won’t have anymore. My daughter said get a sprite I said ok. I thought I had a sprite and lemonade. I sipped outta the cup that was yellow cuz I thought I had lemonade but it was sprite. I was so mad because I don’t drink sodas at all. Really ruined my night fr and also my tenders supposed to been a three piece. Y’all I received one chicken nugget and two tenders. I didn’t turn around because I was riding with someone else. But that’s it for me never ordering from here again. The Demopolis location is wayyyy better. Oh and on top of that I didn’t receive any straws with my order ?.

Lemme just say this I’ve gone here ever since they first opened here in linden and it’s gone downhill every single female worker that is working there as of right now is just down right rude and horrible I went through the drive through because it takes for ever in side halfway before I was done speaking this lady goes please pull down to the next window and then I finished she got an attitude and then I get down to the window and ask for ranch she goes you should’ve said something down there at the menu and then she proceeded to snatch my bag out of my hand goes and gets ranch throws it in the back and then hands it back to me and I’m not coming back untill they get there staff under control

They tend to rush you thru to park and wait and you have to remind them of everything you ordered. Plus, they don't want to make milk shakes until later in the morning and stop way before closing time. Several employees are very congenital while others want to tell you what they want you to have. The fries are always undercooked and taste like thawed uncooked fries.Parking: Plenty of room in the gravel lot next door. Very little room on paved area or when forced to pull down

Great food always served hot and fresh! The fried chicken and chicken tenders are the BEST!

I just stopped to use the bathroom and it was very clean.
