Went there to get lunch for me and a co worker. From the time I walked in everyone looked at me and went back to what they were doing. The manager on duty today finally came to the register and just looked at me and never said a word. I told her it was to go and gave her my order and gave her my money. And please let me stress she didn't say anything the whole time. Not are you dining in or read my order back or my total. NOT A WORD!!!! My food was put on the counter and wasn't told it was mine. When I told the manager I was missing something she looked over and saw my food sitting over there and picked up another customers receipt and started reviewing it. Jacks once again served us a delicious dinner. We had the country fried steak dinner for two with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans and one with fries and slaw. The biscuits were huge and golden. They were cooked through and very buttery.The steaks were tender and hot. The potatoes and gravy were too hot to eat and flavored. The green beans were flavored with bacon, pepper and salt. They were wonderful.We got the apple pies and hand name milkshakes too. A wonderful supper Neal. We were pleasantly stuffed.

My food looked as if it where made on the floor. Several things where missing I asked is this everything said yes I said are you sure they said yes. I came home to the most sloppyest gravey everywhere. Food missing I went back with the food and they refused to give me my money back. There's no option for zero stars. But they need a negative 5 here. Jacks in moody robbed me

Did an electronic order for pickup and went inside to pick it up because the drive-thru line was very long. Unfortunately the line inside was very long too. They were definitely struggling with service issues on my particular visit. But my breakfast was absolutely delicious and worth my wait. Reserva una mesa ahora

"I can only say the food was just okay. The bacon biscuit had only a small piece of bacon, about a quarter of a slice. The iced coffee was mostly milk. On the positive side, the service was quick. However, it was a bit unsettling to have some older patrons talking and staring at us."

The food was great, but the guy at the drive-thru window acted as if he was bothered by our existence! He literally pushed the food out of the window instead of allowing me to fully have my hand on the bag... but I have come to expect that kind of service at Jacks!

I went through the drive-thru, and the woman taking my order was quite unfriendly. The milkshakes I ordered tasted more like flavored milk than anything else. Additionally, my husband's order was not what I had requested.

The wait was quite long, and the assistant manager was mixing up orders. However, the food was enjoyable, and the hash browns didn’t have a fishy aftertaste like the ones at Argo. Reserva una mesa ahora

Often come to this location for breakfast. Always fast and good. I utilize the mobile app which worked perfectly. Food was ready for pickup by the time I got to the store.

My food was flat and cold. Fries were way way oversalted.
