Just had take away from Jack’s through Just Eat. Food arrived, several issues. Firstly we ordered 2 kebab meat meals and requested the sauce separately as didn’t want on the kebab meat. Food arrived and had sauce all over kebab and the chips, not separate. Called up to see what had gone wrong and was told they couldn’t see the request on Just Eat, I explained it was clearly on the order confirmation at our end. I asked for replacements to be sent out and was asked if I could come and fetch it, which I couldn’t. I was told that we can’t drop it off as we have no drivers????. I ordered two meals from Uber Eats that were on the pricey side. Unfortunately, only one meal arrived. When I called the restaurant, I was informed that I would have to pick up the missing children's meal, which I was unable to do due to my disability. The person on the phone was rude and yelled at me when I expressed my concerns. In the end, I only received a refund for the missing meal through Uber Eats. The food that did arrive was cold and flavorless, leaving a hungry child. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Great premises, lovely staff and great food and quick service but far too much packaging which initially might be recyclable but once greasy food has been put in it most cannot be recycled. A box for the chips, a box for the pie, a small bag for the curry sauce, a small bag for a saveloy and then a paper carrier bag to put it all in. Just not necessary as well as being an unnecessary cost to your business.

At first I was gobsacked by the size of my chips I mean small isn’t even the right word but after tasting them and the curry sauce they were both placed in the bin not a nice experience So the size isn’t all that important but still exceptionally small portions

Luke warm chips and soggy batter. Service always good, good size portions and prices seem reasonable but quality could be better.
