Steven Libby Bollich had made reservations a week in advance. The service was great and the server(s) knowledgeable in all facets. The food was very well prepared and the portions satisfying. We had an issue (known to Jackson's by previous complaints as admitted by management) of a serving buffet/storage facility for glassware, beer, and utensils among other sorts of table preparation items. Our table was placed right next to all the clanging of noise as servers did their job. We complained twice and received apology etc. We spoke with management about the issue and made note of extra seating that was not near all the noise. Our server was Tops!! Cathy was outstanding and we hope she always will work for Jackson’s!! Our dinners were perfect, steak tenderloins exactly right temperature and Brussels sprouts delectable! Elk wine pared superbly with our meals

We came for prime rib night. Food was excellent as always. Tom was our server. We live Tom and are always glad when he’s our server. He’s the best in the panhandle, by far!!! Hope to see him again on our next visit.

Wonderful food! Best chopped salad I’ve eaten. You definitely pay a pretty penny but the steak was buttery and the Brussels sprouts were crispy. And… they don’t skimp on the alcohol in the cocktails. Reserva una mesa ahora

Went here for our anniversary, overall had a great experience. Food was excellent. Just one thing to be aware of is they do a credit card fee so bring cash if you can.

Soothing music from a very hot sidewalk. As always, Jackson’s is consistently perfect. Especially sitting inside watching this wonderful city enjoying.

Love Jackson’s. All the focus is on the food, and there’s nothing on the menu that’s a dud. Service is exceedingly personable, as well.
