Jacky's Galaxie And Sushi

This place is horrible, if I could rate it a ZERO, I would. My twin sister and I came into Jacky’s for a late dinner. The place was busy however it took 30 minutes before we decided get up and head home. A waiter stopped us and told us “wait before you leave, I was coming now.” Instead of just being polite and just apologizing for taking so long for the service. When she approached us and got our orders, the food we were brought was ok. One of the items on the platter did not taste like chicken meat which was what we ordered so we only ate one piece and asked to remove it from the bill. She got sooo upset that she grabbed the plate from me and my knife fell onto my lap and almost cut my bare...

I reserved a room for a party of 24. My bill came to a little over $700, closer to $800. We had one waitress. They charged me for my sangria and I never received it. The food came out cold, and some not completely cooked. Some of us received our rice and waited at least 1/2 hour for the meat and/or other items. As others received there food an hour later. VERY RUDE!! The waitress stood in the hallway and said, she couldn’t hear or see so we had to walk up to her so we could place our order. The calamari came out cold, some folks opted to eat it that way I did not. Instead of replacing it with a fresh one they took the old one back brought a new one and charged me for both. Went for mother's day. After paying over 200 bucks... What a disaster. They had a make shift buffet the food was Cold. The eggs were disgusting. The only saving grace was the guy at the beef table...he was a true gentleman. Dealing with an incredible small area ..not knowing who's first ...really nice guy. A real disappointment and never doing that again. ..and no high chairs? Very frustrating.

I definitely prefer the Providence location for both the food and atmosphere, but this place wasn't too bad. Their martinis are fantastic! The sushi rolls are a bit small for the price, though. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating when I had to send something back due to an unpleasant texture. I really love the ambiance here; there’s nothing quite like it in North Providence. We walked in one day without reservations and they greeted us with a warm embrace. EMELY is beyond exceptional with her smile and outstanding customer service. Our kids love her and we love her! After our first visit we request her every time because of her genuineness, she has become our permanent go to waitress. The food and atmosphere is 5 stars! Love The Sanchez Family

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the scorpion bowls are outstanding. Dining in at the restaurant is a million times better than getting takeout, making it a fantastic choice for a night out!

The waitress was incredibly friendly and pleasant. I ordered from the lunch menu, and my meal arrived quickly. The food was fresh and delicious. This place is my go-to for fine dining at reasonable prices.
