Jaco Juice Taco Media

Ordered a pick up order today and had a horrible experience at the counter. When I went to retrieve the order the man at the counter rudely yelled at me. I was not aware we did not take our own orders, and the man certainly did not express any kindness in telling me he would hand me my order. It’s quite easy to be kind, but clearly jaco does not teach their employees that. Food was good, but would rather go somewhere where the employees don’t loudly make fun of you to other customers.

Great customer service! I was having trouble finding my rewards account, and the lady very kindly and patiently helped me figure it out. The food came out fast and was very good! Portions are a tad bit small, but taste amazing! I love eating at Jaco Taco every time I visit Media! My daughter loves the Baco Taco , and the braised short ribs tacos, rice bowls, and burritos are delicious! The mango smoothie and the mean green juice are some other favs of ours.

Gluten free tacos and rice bowls. Great smoothies. Great little area. Very nice. Love the food. 10/10 Shrimp bowl 10/10 Mango smoothie 10/10 Short rib braised tacos OMGGGGGG 20/10 Didn’t really like the burrito.

The service here was unacceptable. The person who took my order was very unprofessional and acted like I had the most difficult order. Food also lacked any taste.
