Cierto que no tomamos el menú degustación, que es donde el chef expresa su creatividad y buen hacer. Pero la carta se me quedó corta para un restaurant etoilé a Paris. El vino, un Grand Cru de Sant Emilion, caliente. El precio adecuado. El chef simpático y dispuesto. De momento, no le subiría la calificación.

Very nice table. authentic and refined cuisine. warm welcome. map of the wines superb and well presented by the sommelier. visit the chef at the end of dinner.
