After hearing a lot of good from colleagues having been lunched and after having tasted the foie gras that it is possible to buy during the holidays at the end of the year, I was finally able to taste the chef's cuisine and I'm delighted. This gourmet restaurant with chic and mineral décor offers a creative cuisine made by the talented chef that is jacques Faussat. The new evening menu at 48€ is of an excellent quality/price ratio!The compression of potatoes and foie gras is a delicacies, the saute of milk lamb of the pawns in blette garments is melting, the light crust of the gascon country is a totally addictive dessert. Chef de salle agréable et de bon advice pour le vin, je vous conseil le domaine de vennus passions 2010, sublime !le chef jacques faussat loves to meet his customers and is adorable. A heartburn.
