The food is decent, but the restaurant could use a good cleaning. It feels cluttered and somewhat dirty, which is pretty common for many NYC places. I've also noticed that the prices for the food seem to vary each time I order. For instance, when I look at the menu, it shows one price, but when I call to place my order, I'm given a different price. Then, when I pick up the food, the price seems to change again, each time going up. They're fortunate to be the only Chinese restaurant nearby; otherwise, I would consider going somewhere else.
I looked through several reviews before choosing to order from this restaurant, and I’d like to share my experience. Overall, they provide good quality food at a reasonable price, and the staff is very friendly. A gentle reminder to fellow reviewers: we all have our good and bad days. If someone has a less-than-satisfactory customer service experience, I suggest letting the food do the talking before forming a judgment.
Have seen a few reviews before considering to get something from there! My experience- They have overall good quality food for the money. As well really kind people working there. Humble Note toward other reviewer’s- Everyone has their good and baddays, so if someone experiences some uneventful customer service experience with them! Let the food be the judge beforereviewing.
I've observed a decline in service during my last three visits. I experienced longer wait times than usual, and the staff appeared to have a less than friendly attitude. Moreover, the restaurant was rather unclean. The food was mediocre at best, so I've ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere.

Avoid ordering from here via Grubhub. I’m sure the food is great, but I never had the chance to taste it. I waited an hour and a half for my order to arrive, and when it didn’t, I called the restaurant only to find out they hadn’t even begun preparing it. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order!
It was okay. We sampled a range of dishes, but none stood out for their flavor. The food arrived promptly, and the broccoli and vegetables were nice and crisp, which was a positive aspect. However, it’s a walk-up place with no seating available.
Don’t order from here from Grubhub. I am sure the food is nice but I never got to taste it. Waited an hour and 30 mins for it to arrive, when it didn’t I called them and they hadn’t even made the order yet so I cancelled it!
The food was incredibly fresh, and it was the best Hall Fried Chicken I've had in a long time. I would rate it 5 out of 5!
