We arrived and had to ask repeatedly for menus and then kept having to call the waiter over to order drinks. There was lots of confusion about the banquet menu as you can't actually choose which dishes you'd like to order but can only have the dishes they choose for you.We all ordered entrees and mains. The entrees came out one every 15 minutes, so you either had to be rude and eat yours whilst your friends were still waiting or let them go cold. By the time the last persons main meal came out everyone else had long finished eating. We've eaten at the Freshwater restaurant a number of times and always had a good meal, but that doesn't always translate to another premises or to home delivery. After a work week that left me too exhausted to cook and devoid of desire to go out but not wanting pizza, I took a punt and put in a Friday night order in for home delivery.This is simply the best Chinese food I've ever eaten in the comfort of my own home. It wasn't perfect, but it was delivered hot, it was fresh and it was delicious. It was also exceptional value for money for the quality and quantity.I can't recommend the special fried rice which was OK but a bit bland, but everything else was lovely.More than happy to give these...
Very good chicken laska and salt and pepper squid. Very cheap at $10 to $12 for a main. Sevice very prompt. Laid back atmosphere. It's built overlooking a tennis centre and next to a large pool complex, so lunch and a bit of sport if you wish. Bus stop right outside the door. Close to the city.
Title says it all, the most tasteless, overpriced "Chinese food" I've ever ordered and I've ordered hundreds in my life. $40 minimum order plus $6 delivery and you will regret this so let me warn you first.

The food was delicious and the service was attentive. The atmosphere was lively and we enjoyed dining al fresco. Overall, a great dining experience. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
Located in the rainforest of Port Douglas, this restaurant is truly wonderful. The food was delicious, starting with the prawns and crayfish for entrees and then sharing the coral trout.
I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Overpriced, especially for the quality of food which was terrible! Tasteless and oily, not worth it at all! Plus delivery was extremely late!!
Excellent restaurant. Prompt service. Chinese cuisine that is very tasty and low-fat I would say. You can get a dining card and get a free meal once 10 meals have been had there.
