The worst part of this experience was that she obviously decided the moment she set eyes on us that she didnt want us in the restaurant and did not want to serve us. After we went for a 4 hour hike around Schönbach we decided to stop at Egender Jagd Gasthaus for a little snack. The waitress came very prompt and was very friendly . The drinks were served really quickly and the food followed shortly after. We decided on the bregenzer cheese knoepfle. Woow what a treat we really enjoyed our meal. We can only recommend the place .

We drove to this area of paradise. It's well off the beaten track, in fact it's literally the end of the road. The food here was really good traditional Austrian food. We ate a hearty lunch then walked it off in the beautiful surroundings. A true taste of paradise. Highly recommended.

It's more restaurant than mountain hut. The food is good and the scenery stunningly pretty. Booking is advised for weekends. It's a good day-trip hike from Sibratsgfaell. Portions are not the largest.
