When Steffen Mezger had personally presented himself at the table to ask if we were satisfied, I overwhelmed the poor guy with compliments so that when I snapped into the air, he quickly assumed: he can be very proud of himself and his team, that was an evening that you did not want to shed and absolutely repeat. You feel like a guest who is cooked here with a lot of love and passion.
