Jakers And Grill Great Falls

I have to say that something has changed with Jakers. the food is excellent but the quantities and supporting sides are smaller or non existent. I still love this place but the management seems to be complacent that they are providing the same experience a before IT HAS CHANGED and not in a good way.IE ordered a chicken dish and all that came was the chicken on a vey small bed of rice(hardly anything) the chicken was bigger than the rice bed. our friends had differant dish (steak) and the pasta that came with it you could hold it in the palm of your hand (very small ammount of sides) we mentioned to the GM of the restaurant and it seemed that he really did not care with any true compassion t...

Got right in, then friends joined us for a sumptuous dining experience. Service was speedy and our orders were perfect, served with expediency and grace. Lot's of laughs! Didn't feel rushed to finish. Portions were more than ample so brought some home to munch on later. All in all a first rate experience which we are sure to repeat soon.

Overall a very good restaurant with exceptional service. Good wine list. Filet mignon steak was a quality cut and cooked to my request. It is not a tablecloth restaurant but the steaks were far better than some of those fancy table cloth restaurants that I have been to.

Our waitress was very nice but overwhelmed . The restaurant was severely understaffed. They forgot to bring two dinners out. The other 2 in our party was half way through their steaks when we reminded them about the forgotten meals. Reserva una mesa ahora

Our waitress was very rude and unaccommodating. There were unbussed tables around us that stayed that way the entirety of our one and a half hour dinner. This place used to be so classy. I was disappointed.

This is a great restaurant with very good food. Slightly on the pricey side but within todays expectations. The place was packed (as usual) so wasn’t a quiet dining experience.

Just a bad experience all around. They were supposed to be known for their steaks over cooked! Med rare looked well done. My associate didn’t even it.
