I ordered a burrito al pastor but felt that it was lacking the authentic flavor of al pastor. The meat was colder than expected. The horchata I ordered was not good - it tasted bitter, which may have been due to the way it was made. I tried to stir it, but it was clear it was spoiled so I returned it. The staff member at the register only gave me a small discount after I complained about the horchata, which cost almost six dollars. It's not about the money, but the lack of understanding from the staff member when I explained the issue. I hope there won't be a next time, but if there is, a sincere apology or a full refund would make me consider coming back. As of now, I am not sure if I will...
It was a cute place, nice for a Sunday meal when everything else was crowded because of the playoffs. My friend got the Mahi taco’s, but for sure could’ve had at least one or two more- they only sold them as a two-fer. Options for more would’ve probably made him get more instead of not wanting to go back for seconds. I made a bowl, which was a lot of food! We got the margaritas that were on special and they were refreshing.
The food in Jake's Cantina was amazing! We haven't eaten there until our last holiday day. I wish I had eaten there before so I could have eaten there more than once. The food was fresh, tasteful and so delicious! Next time I'm in the town of Jake's Cantina will definitely be my first stop!
I’m going to say this is top 2 Mexican corn I’ve ever eaten! Chips and salsa are delicious! The atmosphere is so so but the food here is reliably delicious! I’m a local and go for the basics so I haven’t tried it all.. They have a great menu! Highly recommend

Stopped in tonight. Manny and the team are awesome. Our favorite place to visit when on vacation. Wish we had one in Michigan. The food is so good!
We live close and come to Jake’s a lot. The quesabirria tacos are amazing!! 10/10 Cute vibe for a casual meal and lots of gluten friendly options.

We decided to enjoy happy hour at this restaurant. The margaritas were delicious and the loaded nachos were also fantastic.
It was amazing. The food was so good and for so cheap. I would come back again five out of five stars.
