Hello LauraDu was not on site on the day itself and cannot judge the situation.I was neither rude nor negative in any other way.I as a guest was treated with a patty and rude.As a long-term owner of the snack, the behavior is an absolute no-go and simply inappropriate. Best regardsDaniel
