I don’t understand why she felt guilty, especially since when she took my plate, she threw it in the garbage instead of showing it to the cook. It felt like they knew the caldo was bad. She came back to me, but I told her I just wanted to pay for my soda so I could leave. I was so upset that I cried. It was such a disappointing experience that the next day I shared it with my co-workers, and they told me that this restaurant is known for its issues. One of my colleagues had a similar experience just a week prior. I will never return to Jaliscos. This isn't my first visit to Jalisco, but it's the first time I'm leaving a review. I must say, the restaurant has improved significantly compared to a few years ago when it was in a different location. The new spot is much more vibrant, spacious, and the menu has been refreshed as well. Every dish that my family and I ordered was delicious, whether it was the menudo (though it didn't look like the picture), a torta, bon and cheese burritos, or chicken enchiladas. I was really disappointed! Don’t waste your money! I ordered through DoorDash for dinner tonight and spent $60 on two carnitas plates and one combo plate. The carnitas were dry and tough, and they forgot the tortillas. The portions were very small. The beans, salsa, and guacamole had no salt or spice whatsoever. I used to enjoy this place with my family, but after this experience, I won't be coming back. It was really bad!

I often say that, but this place is not good at all. it took 20 25 minutes to get my order and then when I got my chilaquiles they were stabbed. then the waitress took 20 minutes to come so I can know them. I'm not coming back! I do not recommend this place!

We came with family and everyone ordered different plates. I ordered red menudo and it was ok. I'm used to it being spicier but it did the job. The machacas, tacos breakfast were good also.
