I used to work at the warehouse in the area and was a frequent customer at Jamaican Flavors . If you're hungry it's worth it . Everything they make is fresh every day . Maybe not the best customer service but I can see all the workers trying their best to keep the line moving and not make the customers wait a long time . Now that I moved away from NYC , I realized there's no other restaurant like them !
I really wanted to like this place . Although the chicken skin sauce they use on the jerk chicken was good , the chicken itself was extremely dry . My rice was dry and had no flavor and the veggies was bland as well . And for an extra $2 the teaspoon scoop of Mac is crazy . I apos;m so disappointed that I wasted my money .
I had a craving for oxtail tonight, so I decided to go to Jamaican Flavors on Farmers Blvd. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The dish lacked flavor, was overly salty, and the oxtail was tough. I will not be ordering it again.

This would be my last time ordering from here. Rasta pasta has no flavor, and noodles were like if I was going to make mashed potatoes smh. The Hennessy wings were off and my oxtail was very tuff. I wasted money.
The beef patties were on point, the best that I've ever had. The price is good. The place could use some appeal and some cleaning up.
