I stopped by this Jamba Juice during my lunch break today and was quite disappointed. I ended up waiting 15 minutes in the lobby and seating area for the staff to come out. I could hear them chatting about their personal lives in the back, and when I called out "hello?" no one came to help me. Since my break was limited, I eventually had to leave without being served. The customer service was very disappointing.
Earline and Nyah at Jamba Juice we’re amazing. Customer service was phenomenal. My partner and I came to this location from another state. We don’t get Jamba Juice very often so to our surprise when there was something we didn’t like, we were taken care of with kindness. On top of everything, the music was great! Very pleased with my experience and we will be back.

The staff is incredible. They are quick to serve everyone and demonstrate great teamwork. I do wish the restaurant were a little bigger, as I felt a bit squeezed with all the children that came in during my visit.
I really like Jamba Juice, but I unfortunately have some small splinter-like debris lodged in my throat from my smoothie. The person who made my drink was working the Sunday shift at 5 PM.
The restaurant doesn't open until later in the morning, so if you're planning to go early, this isn't the place for you.
I really enjoy getting smoothies from there! I highly recommend using their app, as it has a great rewards program.
