Jamba - Reservar una mesa

I have never been to this Jamba Juice located in West Sacramento, but my parents and I decided to go there for the first time today. As we approached the place, I tried opening the door at 7:34 p.m, but it was locked. Then I saw 2 gentlemen there and Ilooked through the window at them pointing at the times written to them, but they were putting everything away and closing. Theysaw us, looked uncomfortable because I'm sure they realized that they closed the place a little too soon and started laughingfor some reason... My father also tried opening the door, and it was for sure locked. We stood there just to check if they wouldbe willing to let us in and we would've definitely given them a tip if they did... but obviously they were just ignoring us sowe left. But It said they close at 8:00p.m on Tuesdays on the sign, however it was only 7:34 p.m when we checked the door, andit was already locked. They obviously don't care about the owners business. This happened on 08/16/2022 at 7:34 PM. If thisplace closes sooner than 8 pm, I apologize for this bad review and I hope you update the times on the sign.

Earline and Nyah at Jamba Juice we?re amazing. Customer service was phenomenal. My partner and I came to this location from another state. We don?t get Jamba Juice very often so to our surprise when there was something we didn?t like, we were takencare of with kindness. On top of everything, the music was great! Very pleased with my experience and we will be back. ??

Went there on my lunch break today to try this Jamba Juice location. I waited 15 min in the lobby/seating area waiting for the employees to come out. I could hear them talking about their personal life in the back and when I yelled out ?hello?? No onecame up front. Had to leave since I was only on break. Very disappointed with customer service.

They make a mean smoothie and are very nice. I usually get the protein blueberry with almond milk and protein pea powder yummmmmmy! I want to add that I appreciate that they don't judge me for how I like my smoothie like other locations (Roseville)

The staff is wonderful. They work quickly to serve everyone and seem to be a great team to work together as well. I wish the store was a bit bigger as I felt a little squished in with the many kids that came in while I was there.
