Jamba - Reserva de mesa

I visit this restaurant frequently and have never encountered any issues until now. Tonight, I decided to order a late-night snack—specifically, a primo bowl. After placing my order online, I received a call from someone at the restaurant informing me that they had stopped making bowls an hour before closing, so I wouldn’t be able to get the order I had already paid for. To make matters worse, she told me there was nothing I could do to get my money back. Huh? I can’t get my bowl, and I can’t even get a refund?! I’m never coming back here again.

I visited the Jamba Juice location in Carson/Avalon on June 19, 2019, and I was quite disappointed to see that one of my favorite Jamba Juice stores had been downsized to make room for a well-known clothing store. Unfortunately, it seems that Southbay Pavilion didn’t take the needs of Jamba Juice customers into account when making this decision. However, I am thrilled to report that the staff at the Carson location continues to create delicious drinks and deliver outstanding customer service. Well done!

This place is a perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink after a workout, with a wide variety of options full of natural flavors. However, be aware that the prices are quite high; even a simple orange juice will cost you around $10 for a regular-sized cup. I also tried the Açaí bowl, which was delicious but a bit small. I found the prices to be quite steep overall, and the service was incredibly slow during my visit, which contributed to a frustrating experience.

I usually do not leave bad reviews. But I had taken my girls to get some juices and there was only 2 customers. And 2 employees at the time. We stood there for over 7 min waiting to even be seen. Someone who looked like a manager came from the back looked at us and went back to the back. I do not understand what happen but we left and sadly will not go back to this location. This store lacks professionalism and they all have ratchet bad attitudes. They can’t handle a rush and have no knowledge of complaint protocols. Paris is the worst of them all I would suggest staying away. Wasn’t worth the time money or experience trust me!

I havent had Jamba Juice over 10 years, as i ordered the strawberry banana smoothie i would used to get it reminded me of my child hood when my school would always sell jamba juice after school and during festivals.

I hate the customer service here…They won’t greet you, or ask for your name when picking up orders… it’s like they try to avoid you as much as possible …
