I had a frustrating experience at Jamba Juice recently because of a trainee cashier named Jenny, who gave me incorrect information. I wanted to order a Classic Handwich, but after pausing for a moment, she asked if I meant the Impossible Handwich instead. When I corrected her, she stated that some menu items were being discontinued, which confused me since the Classic Handwich was still listed both on the menu and the app. I had to call another employee over, and it turned out the Classic Handwich was indeed available. It's disappointing that a customer had to deal with that due to a lack of knowledge. Jamba Juice, could I please receive a coupon or some form of compensation for this experie...
I usually enjoy going to Jamba and ordering a Razzmatazz, but I was rather disappointed during my last visit to this location a few weeks ago. It was quite busy, and there were only two employees on duty. I felt for one staff member, who was very friendly and clearly trying hard to make everyone's smoothies. Unfortunately, the other employee (I believe her name was Alissa?) appeared to be taking her time and seemed uninterested while her coworker was trying to manage the demand. On the bright side, my Razzmatazz was delicious!
My family visited Jamba using BOGO cards, but the cashier wasn’t very helpful. The first BOGO card was accepted, but the second one wasn’t. I also ordered the Aloha drink through the app, only to be told it was sold out. However, I saw customers behind us in line were still able to order and purchase the Aloha drink.
Razzmatazz is my favorite restaurant. Every now and then, I enjoy exploring new dishes, and I'm always pleased with what I discover. It truly elevates the dining experience. While it can be a bit pricey, the quality ensures that the ingredients are always fresh.

I really enjoyed the Strawberries Wild, Savory Pretzel, and the classic sausage, egg, and cheese. However, I found the bread on the sandwich to be hard, tough, and burnt on the bottom. Additionally, the Turkey Sausage Wrap was completely left out of my order.
The Belgian waffle was really delicious! However, at almost $4 for just one, it's a bit difficult to justify the cost. On the other hand, the drinks are outstanding.
I had an amazing smoothie! The service was fast, even though the restaurant was really busy. This was my first visit, and I will definitely return.
The drinks were fantastic, and there was no waiting time whatsoever. The staff was extremely friendly.

The Turkey Sausage Wrap and Razzmatazz smoothie arrived promptly, and both were absolutely delicious!
My new favorite dish is a seasonal item, and it's absolutely exquisite: watermelon!
