I have always loved the smoothie bowls at Jamba juice, especially the Chunky Strawberry bowl. The peanut butter in the smoothie part and the fresh fruit with the granola is the best!Unfortunately, the last several times I have been to Jamba juice, the location on Rainbow and Badura in Las Vegas especially, has been terrible! The staff is very unfriendly and rude and the bowls are awful. The fruit is not fresh anymore, the strawberries look like they were cut a few days earlier and stuck in a bucket so they are mushy and sour. I visited this establishment on November 28th, 2023, at 11:10 am. While the drive-through was operational, I encountered a locked main door. Despite my attempt to open the door, the staff inside appeared to ignore me. There is a sign indicating that the lobby should be open from 7 am to 8 pm, which left me puzzled about the business’s current practices. Taste Foreign object in drink. I ordered the pumpkin smash... plant based. The cashier gave me a strange vibe and like u sure you want ? And not the regular. Im like no, im vegan.. then i ask for extra milk/ ice cream. so they take a long time to make it... i mean long time to where im confused they dont kno how... i finally get it and its very icy. Lots of shaved ice. It tasted decent and had extra vanilla like I wanted but it had small fragments in it. Like small bits of something... ? Ordered a large vanilla blue sky and a large aloha pineapple. I had the large vanilla blue sky, and there was no vanilla or pineapple whatsoever. It just tasted like watered down, under ripe banana. I've had that same smoothie at a different location and loved it, but what I received was barely tolerable.My friend has the aloha pineapple and said there was very little pineapple, if any, and it tasted predominantly like banana. I want to understand what happens with Jamba Juice regarding the sale of fresh orange juice, every 5 stores I try to buy a juice, 4 say that the machine is broken. I really want the owners of these stores to explain this. It is clear that the machines are not broken, the employees hate making the juice.They should remove this option from the menu since the employees don't like to do it.
Asked for a substitute because I am allergic to Pineapple but guess what my drink was not prepared with my allergy in mind: needles to say I had an allergic reaction. They just lost a regular customer that tips.
Just tried to go in lobby (7:45pm), and it’s locked. Posted hours on same door say 8pm close. Worker in lobby just looked at me thru glass and shrugged. GG.
Is unfortunate The Female Hispanic Manager has a terrible attitude and poor management skills that the employees have to apologize to her behalf.

They used to be better, looks very cheap and every cup looks empty inside. Jumba juice is not anymore a stop for me.
