A horrific and unpleasant experience dealing with an employee named Mikayla (spelling unsure . I made a pickup order prior to 6 PM scheduled for 9:10 PM. When I arrived, the lights were already off, and Mikayla told me she was the only one working and needed to leave by 9:50 PM. This is the SAME excuse she gave another customer in another Yelp review. I explained that I had placed the order hours ago and it was just for pickup. She insisted I cancel the order on the app, though there was no such option. Her response was quite rude, and she begrudgingly agreed to make it after I kept insisting for her to complete an order I had already paid for.Mikayla then fumbled through multiple receipts (...

We just left Jamba Juice after waiting for 10 minutes without anyone at the front to assist us. We noticed another customer had also left in frustration. This was a first for me, so I decided to check the back to see if anyone was there and if everything was alright. An employee emerged from the freezer, talking on the phone, and was quite abrupt with us, scolding us for trying to check on her. She left the freezer door open, and there was no one at the register, which made for a very disappointing experience. I hope she has a better day and learns from this incident. She was in a vulnerable situation and could have faced several serious risks, such as robbery or vandalism. We’re leaving now...

I work in the area, and it's really disappointing that every time I visit this restaurant, they seem to have run out of something. The last time I wanted a protein parfait, but they didn't have any strawberries or bananas. On another visit, they were out of Belgian waffles and certain ingredients for a smoothie. I’m not exaggerating—this has happened to me on four separate occasions over different weeks. Management should definitely work on improving their inventory.

Went to get 3 smoothies at about 3:00 and saw 2 other groups walk in before us. There was only one employee there. One group ordered ahead and promptly received their order. She took our orders and we got our order sooner than we expected. The employee finished the orders quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant thru the time we were there. Reserva una mesa ahora

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, there was a really long line and only one worker working. I had to leave and was very disappointed I couldn’t get my favorite drink. Also the worker didn’t even acknowledge the people in line. Saturdays I would think there would be more than one worker.

Execution on smoothie was poor, needs thicker consistency and taste is weak. The only young man who was there seemed like he needed more practice and guidance on providing quality customer service.

Nov. 2 at 5:39 pm, Never got to order because the caucasian employee was very rude. Decided to go to Roebucks instead. At least there I never felt discrimination.

They closed 17 minutes early, we weren’t able to pick up our order. We decided to do a charge dispute through our bank. Don’t do any type of mobile ordering Reserva una mesa ahora

No restrooms. Half of the menu is out of stock. Employees are rude.How don’t you have “Juice” when it’s in the title of your company?!?! Weird.
