I came here at 5/31 at 11 a.m. as I expected it was a little busy because of a holiday I was right. There were 3 young women who worked, and a young man, you could say one of the girls was the training of male employees, but was still multitasking and did their job. I was so glad about how well she did, I asked the girl in the register who was the manager, and she said the young lady with the blond hair that helped the other employee, as I had predicted that she was the anger for how well she worked. This Jamba Juice location is very rude. We received our 3 drinks which we all ordered as large but they gave us one as a medium. Understand this can happen as their music is loud like other Jamba juice) and they may not have heard correctly. That said, we were willing to pay for the right size and instead of helping us a person with really long nails flips their computer screen around and taps the screen with her nails and says THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED. Then she flips it back and walks away. WOW! So rude, we are done with this place. I have heard from others that this place has gone down due to customer service and now I have seen it first hand. This Jamba Juice location was very rude. We ordered three large drinks, but one of them was given to us as a medium. I understand mistakes happen, especially with the loud music making communication difficult. We were happy to pay for the correct size, but instead of helping us, an employee with very long nails flipped the computer screen around, tapped it with her nails, and said, "THAT'S WHAT YOU ORDERED." Then she flipped the screen back and walked away. It was shockingly rude. We won't be coming back. I've heard from others that their customer service has declined, and now I’ve experienced it myself. Such a shame, because the drinks are really good.
Bad attitudes. I know working at 7am on a Wednesday must suck in life but we all gotta do it so you might wanna make the best of it. A couple years ago this was my favorite place. Attitudes every time I walk in now suck. No greeting looked me right in the eye and nothing. I'm a pretty outgoing person so this doesn't work for me. Heading to the other Jamba on lone tree. I had a really unpleasant experience at this restaurant, as I got food poisoning, which was the worst I've ever encountered. I visited Imperial and thought I had ordered something different. I did enjoy the apple and greens drink, which I actually love. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking as well. Overall, my review is largely impacted by my experience with food poisoning.
Once again, I found myself facing a lack of service for menu items. I can't comprehend how they can run out of products when they know that customers frequently order from the menu. It's frustrating that they don't offer certain items or provide clear communication. What's the point of having a menu if they can't deliver on it? This place is quite disappointing.
The staff was rude and unfriendly. I regret spending my money here due to the terrible customer service and a disgusting smoothie. It wasn’t even served in a Jamba Juice cup. I wouldn’t come back for anything. A truly disappointing experience.
Finally! A Jamba that uses online order in this area!! The Lonetree location and Antioch both do NOT use this helpful option.
