This place is disappointing. The drinks and food are okay, but the staff are very rude. My friend and I arrived a few minutes before closing (I didn’t realize they shut at 5 pm), and the employees were incredibly unfriendly. After I placed my order, they completely ignored us, and my friend never got the chance to order. We waited at the register for several minutes while the staff walked by multiple times without acknowledging us. They had plenty of time to take the second order but chose not to. It’s surprising how unprofessional they are, especially given their early closing time.
This was my first visit to this restaurant, and Tori assisted me with my order. I asked for a smoothie and inquired about using a 50% discount promotion on any item. I provided my name, phone number, and email, but she couldn't locate my information in the system. After several attempts, she discovered she had misspelled my name and eventually found the promotion on her screen. However, she seemed unsure about how to apply it and insisted that I pay full price for my item. If the restaurant prioritizes customer satisfaction, it would be wise to hire more competent staff.

Honestly, I’ve had nothing but issues at this store. My previous order, I ordered a large only to be given 2 smalls with the explanation that they were out of large cups. Today, I ordered 2 Aloha Pineapple smoothies only to get home and find out they are Razzmatazz. If I’m never going to get what I ordered, why would I go back? I have given them multiple chances but it’s only getting worse. I have not had issues at any other Jamba Juice locations so my advice is to avoid the Lake Pleasant/Happy Valley location at all costs.
The staff here were friendly and fast. We ordered four drinks for my family, and each one was made perfectly. It had been a while since I last visited Jamba, and my wife hadn’t been in about eight years. This was my kids' first time, and it was a wonderful welcome back. Thank you! One of the employees had awesome makeup and was very kind to my daughter when she asked about it. What more could you want?
The online menu includes items like boba that aren't actually available at the restaurant. When I inquired about it, the staff seemed a bit dismissive. However, despite this problem, Jamba is consistently delicious.
Online offers options such as boba that they don’t actually have when you get there. And then they act like you’re stupid for asking. Otherwise Jamba is always yummy.
