I attempted to order a large smoothie but was informed that I couldn't get one because they had a limited supply reserved for online orders. I was offered a medium instead or the option of splitting a large into two small cups. Since I was heading to a nearby Target, using two cups while walking around just wasn't practical, and I didn’t want a medium size either. Can someone clarify why online orders take priority over customers who are physically present? I will not be returning to this location, and I ended up going to a different one to fulfill my order. I will also be reporting this experience to the corporate office. If it were possible to rate this location a zero, I would do so.
As the mother of the underage boy in the photo, I am very upset that you, as an adult, chose to publicly share his image when it’s evident that he is simply doing his job. I’m sure you have children of your own and wouldn’t want someone to do this to them. Taking pictures of minors without permission is against the law. I kindly request that you remove his picture and address this matter with your corporate office, as that should have been your initial approach.
I visited Jamba for a White Gummy and noticed their new menu featuring Acai Bowls. I was interested in the Tropical SUB, which includes pineapples and strawberries, and wanted to add peanut butter and white cream. The total came to $15, which seemed quite high. Instead, I went with the medium White Gummy. Esssa made my drink and provided excellent customer service, filling it to the brim instead of wasting any. Thank you!
I 'm tired of this spot always saying sorry, but we are out of strawberry/bannanas/ this or that don 't you guys stock up enough to sell the next day? Smh. Doesn 't make sense to charge people full price when the bowls are missing fruit ALL THE TIME.

Went to this location Tuesday night, it was extremely hot in there, they were playing music loudly and they didn't have the ingredients for an acai bowl. I'll be going to Carson from now on.
The young lady didn't have any help at the counter. 1 dude chopping the other 1 filling juice dispenser, nobody taking orders. A waste of time today, sorry for expecting service
Kid at the register refused to customize a drink. Said I can 't substitute the Greek yogurt in the recipe . What about all the people that are lactose intolerant genius
The cashier was very rude . She was asking me why I didn't want that in my bowl .. like why did it matter to her. Not going back there
