This is probably the best Jamba juice locations in Sacramento! And I've been to most of them several times. The management is on point and the customer service is excellent, shout out to the daytime manager Gracie who went above and beyond taking care of a small issue I had with my order after it had been delivered. Also, the owner had reached out to me personally to make sure everything was going good and also personally apologized for the very small problem I had had. Then, a few days later, I had ordered a smoothie over the phone right bf they closed and didn't get there till 10-15 mins after they had closed and to top it off, I had forgotten my wallet but, the wonderful night time manage...
This was horrible, that the girl that served our drinks was spraying chemicals cleaners on the wall and after that with no gloves on, touched our cups and served our drinks. We ended up feeling sick after this as well. I need to talk to somebody about this horrible experience.
I went in to grab a drink with a friend. Both of these employees around 1-2pm today serve so quickly and fast at what they're doing, and they just give me a great time being there for a short time. Great staff.
Our drinks (orange dream machine and Pb chocolate lover) were made so thin that they were practically water. I'm hoping this isn't a trend for Jamba Juice.
