Upon arrival we noticed the place was completely empty. They had random tables around the entrance. Im presuming maybe a event occurred but no one moved the tables back to where they came from. Slightly concerning to be the only people there at dinner time, but we decided to try out this new place anyway. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Unfortunately our food was pretty bland. Nothing was seasoned well. My steak was dry, my sons steak was over cooked as well, and the appetizer of fried calamari was rubbery and soaked in oil from the fryer. We experienced the worst service even though we were the only table on the larger side of the restaurant. The waitress took 20 minutes to bring our beers, right before our salads arrived without any utensils. On the positive side, the food was quite good. However, they messed up our bills, which was surprising considering we were the only customers in that section. We also witnessed a small family come in and leave in frustration after waiting about 25 minutes without any interaction from the waitress. It’s possible they were overwhelmed by a separate event in another area of the restaurant, but overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
This restaurant is a true hidden gem. The food was outstanding, particularly the French onion soup, which I absolutely loved. I ordered the bone-in ribeye, and while it was delicious, it did have a bit more fat than I expected. The service was excellent; our server asked if we were in a hurry, and when we said no, she made sure to get our main order in so we could fully enjoy our soups and salads. I’ll definitely be returning, especially for that French onion soup. The decor is slightly outdated, but that didn’t matter much with such great food.
Decided to try something new on NYE so we came here. We walk in completely empty no one here to be told that we need a reservation which I understand that’s okay. So I called and asked about done in for 3 and if we needed a reservation and the lady on the phone said NO. So why we needed one when we walk in then all of a sudden didn’t need one when we called.

I typically visit this place when Texas Roadhouse down the street is too crowded. The food is decent, and the service is good. Plus, there are more options available at this price range. It's a hotel bar featuring video slot machines.
Food was fantastic, servers were slow, but friendly and accommodating.
Limited menu. The menu hasn't changed since it opened a few years ago.
