Heard a good review about this place and decided to try it out!I must say that I placed my order around 615 p.m., and they close at 7.Placed an order over the phone for one small and one large oxtail platter with mac cheese and cabbage.I wanted yams, but they were out. My husband wanted fried chicken, but upon asking about the pieces, was told, "ABSOLUTELY NO FRIED CHICKEN! "So we ordered what we did.She made sure to inform us that they were about to close and to hurry.We were only 10 minutes away, so we arrived early. I love this place. The food is fantastic, and to me, it's the most authentic Jamaican spot out here. It's saved me a drive to Philly. But if I had to judge the site off on customer service alone, it would get 2 stars. And it's not the people who prepare the food it's the front of the house. Even the older lady that cashiers will make you wait because she's on a personal phone call and that's what stops me from eating there more frequently. Shout out to Omar

Restaurant was immaculate and the ambiance was inviting. Loved the 'Yaard Vibe ' , felt like I was in Jamrock for real. Peppermint tea complimented with brown sugar was lovely. Oxtail was succulent and even the bones were tender. Jerk chicken was on point and taste great. As a plantain lover... they were perfectly done!!! Great job ?? ?? ??

I went for a beef patty but they were out. So I got a side of Mac w/plantains. Soooooo good! And they were nice enough to add oxtail gravy to My Mac when I asked and wasn't stingy with it either. Thank You!! I've been seeing the oxtail beef patty all over the internet, hopefully they'll bring it to their restaurant as well.Food: 5/5

I usually give this restaurant five stars and I eat there 3 times a month. Last Thursday I ordered an oxtail platter and a stew chicken platter. Both meats were old. I called the restaurant to make mention of the old food. They would not accept accountability nor did they apologize. They just justified.Food: 1/5
