I was taken aback by how poor the food and service were. We took my mom for lunch, and the experience was disappointing. The egg rolls were served cold, and while the first waitress was unfriendly and unapproachable, the second one was slightly better. However, when our food arrived, it was dreadful. The shrimp hadn’t been deveined, so we couldn’t even eat it. When we raised our concerns, there was no response or apology. We will definitely not be returning. This restaurant has really declined.
I loved my Sunday lunch here. Went with my mother, we got served tea upon sitting down and ended up spending $40-ish for the both of us (including a sushi roll for the appetizer). Lunch special portion was a bit smaller than I would prefer, but I still enjoyed it!

not happy with the service they provided got my food but they did not put forks nor spoons nor napkins in the bag they hurt me big time now I will go back Torigo in Floral Park from now on
Like eating food from China Town. Attentive server. The food was graciously portioned. Very tasty. Parking: Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible
They charged $2.00 to have my dish steamed, and it seems they reuse leftover noodles from other tables. I find this very unsanitary.
