This place is a true hidden gem! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the food is simple but absolutely delicious. They have a fantastic self-serve salsa bar that’s both tasty and generous. Every meal is accompanied by a side of chips, and my shrimp fajita bowl was just what I needed during my long drive to Mammoth Lakes — the peppers were cooked to perfection! Plus, the bathroom was impressively clean and featured a charming picture of a mountain landscape.
Our go-to restaurant for a stop on the way home from Yosemite! This family-owned place offers quick service, delicious food, and friendly staff. The portion sizes are generous, and the service is outstanding. Every trip to the mountains wouldn't be complete without a visit to Jarro Viejo. Food: 5/5
The veggie burrito was a bit bland, but my parents enjoyed the carnitas burrito and they said it was really good. The food here is very cheap, and the portions are huge. The 2 burritos, chips, and salsa only cost us $19 total including the tips.Food: 4/5
We freaking love this place. Their breakfast burritos are dynamite. We typically just get the taco salad with grilled chicken. It's delicious. Everytime. Consistency is key and they are definitely consistent. So happy to have them in town!Food: 5/5 Reserva una mesa ahora
The service was really friendly, and the atmosphere felt very family-oriented. The chile relleno burrito was delicious, but the al pastor quesadilla was even more impressive. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!
Tasty food prepared with care. Try the fish tacos! They take pride in their humble restaurant and care that you enjoy your meal. There was friendly banter overheard from the kitchen. This is a happy place.
