This time the Chinese Takeaway, from Jasmine House, was not as good as previous . With our daughter with us for the weekend , raining all day we thought we would have a Chinese from Jasmine House and our usual choices. We had King Prawn Curry , King Prawn Szechuan Style , Sweet and Sour King Prawn Hong Kong Style, Pancake Roll and Yung Chow Fried Rice. Very friendly and very prompt service, as always. The meals were a little disappointing, not excellent as usual. Again the Prawns were very large and well cooked. The sauces the were the disappointment and the Pancake roll. Still in the future, we will try again Gavin
Another great Chinese Takeaway, from Jasmine House. If you have a good menu to choose from , it makes for a difficult choice, as our daughter said I can not decide , so I will have my usual choice . So with our daughter with us for the May Bank Holiday, we had King Prawn Curry , King Prawn Szechuan Style , Sweet and Sour King Prawn Hong Kong Style, Pancake Roll and Yung Chow Fried Rice. Very friendly and very prompt service, as always. The meals were all superb, again the Prawns were very large and cooked to perfection. If you have not tried Jasmine House , give it a try. Gavin

I ordered boiled rice and egg fried rice, but there was very little egg in it and it was hard to tell the difference. The chicken curry had overcooked chicken that was tasteless, a pale curry that tasted watered down, and mostly consisted of onions with a few mushrooms. The prawn toasts were tough, likely from sitting out for too long. The pancake roll was large but only filled with bean sprouts and was very greasy. Overall, I was not satisfied with the food and do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Yet another fantastic Chinese takeout experience at Jasmine House. We ordered Yung Chow Fried Rice, King Prawn Curry, and King Prawn Szechuan Style. Despite it being a busy Valentine's Day on a Thursday evening, the service was still excellent. The prawns were large and perfectly cooked, as always. If you haven't tried Jasmine House yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. -Gavin
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I found some kind of centipede insect in my fried vegetables. When I called to address this issue, the staff had a very nonchalant attitude. They said I could get a refund of £4 if I brought the dish back, but otherwise nothing would be done.
Great place, no other place better, The people of hadleigh are just snotty stuck up in breads !! They moan about this place because there stuck up!

Would not recommend using Jasmine house to anybody use the other Chinese in hadleigh it’s 100% better and better value for money
Fast service, great tasting, so much food we couldn’t eat half! Best curry sauce around and full of meat dishes
