If I could, I would give this place negative stars. The customer service was completely absent. When I asked about delivery, the owner just said, "No, we're too busy." I asked an employee about other options or canceling my order, but they never mentioned any fees—I would have gladly paid since I'm a regular and usually tip well. After being taken off hold, another employee was rude and gave me short, unhelpful answers. I've ordered from other locations many times without any issues like this. I stand by how I feel about this experience.
I visit this place regularly for lunch, and I'm thrilled to see the salad bar has returned! They offer a variety of gluten-free options, including soups and baked potatoes, which is great. Plus, they have gluten-free bread available for sandwiches, making it a fantastic choice when you're in the mood for a sandwich. The staff is very attentive and adheres to all COVID-19 protocols, which is reassuring. Overall, this location works well for us since it's closer than the Cool Springs location.
The turkey on the croissant was quite tasty, but the steamed vegetables were overcooked and lacked seasoning. The chicken pot pie soup was decent, but the pastry that came with it was much smaller than shown on the website—about five times smaller, which felt misleading. Overall, I left feeling quite disappointed with my experience.

The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed, and there were many dirty tables that needed to be cleaned and dishes picked up. However, it was very busy for 7 PM, and the staff was doing their best. Overall, it’s a great place!

The restaurant offers fresh food in a delightful setting at an excellent price. My brother really enjoyed the Beefeater Sandwich! Plus, they even have soft serve ice cream at the salad bar!
I always have a great experience at Jason's Deli, and today Daniel exceeded our expectations by going the extra mile to assist our family. The service was exceptional!
