The manager on duty thought it was acceptable that I was on hold with an employee who was laughing at this one in my ear as it was worded. To make matters worse he defended the employee stating she dropped the phone and that's what she was laughing about. However the employee still didn't even do anything to help me with my curbside order. I frequently come to this establishment and this is the first time I've has subpar service. There is no excuse for the manager to be accepting of an employee laughing with a customer on the phone.
Good food but at 10:45 in the morning the restaurant was still dirty from the day before. My tray was not clean. Seats were dirty. Lettuce was not fresh in the salad bar. Tried again today 7/31, complete disaster. Waited 40 minutes for food. Never received food, just walked out. Will never be back. Every customer in there was frustrated. I understand a lack of help these days but this is excessive.
Timeout at the mall. We don’t shop much at Central Mall, except for the Target Store. Occasionally, we enjoy dining with Jason. The chicken pancake is amazing, just like her egg salad sandwiches, and the salad bar has these large, flavorful muffins.
Best glass of water i ever had. Truly some high quality H2O. Met every expectation and then some as far as what a Jason's Deli should be, except no ice cream. PRO TIP: Do not take the mall route in. Between Target and Dillards is brutal

It's been years since I had visited a Jason's Deli. The food here was good. The service was friendly. Unfortunately, the dining area was needing to be cleaned. Many tables were unavailable due to being dirty.
I recommend trying the soups, salads, and sandwiches at this restaurant. However, I would suggest avoiding the gumbo if you are from the southern region. It lacks flavor and is mostly just rice.
Got takeout, the Mac and cheese is rancid, as soon as I took a bite it tasted like sour milk. I tried to call to get them to stop serving bad Mac and cheese but their phone is disconnected.
Excellent... wonderful turkey sandwich and chips. Very clean. The first time here in a long time. Brandon took our order and was so fast and efficient. Have fun!

Visited 1.23.23 at around 4:15 pm-food was ready at the pickup window. The cashier was friendly and got the order correct. Food is always great!
Excellent customer service! The food is delicious and there is not a long wait when dining in.
