My family used to LOVE Jason's Deli. The last few experiences have been horribly frustrating. I have a daughter with a compromised immune system and two other children with me, so I order Curbside Pick-Up in the app. Whenever I arrive, I check-in on the app, but end up having to call for my food because no one ever comes out with it. The first time, waited 15 minutes before calling thinking the delay was because they were busy. I am always given attitude because I will not come in to pick-up my food. on 03/20/2022 we arrived at 8:05 clock our reception shows 8:14 pm we left at 9:08 pm.1 the manager is super loud from the whole restaurant. her hair didn't go back or in a net.2 she even threatened to put the personal in the trinity river if they hadn't done a job there. the way and wise as she even spoke to them was inappropriate to customers, even because they do not help their stations on camp. the only good thing I heard was that she informed a hired person to throw away her phone.3 The location has not been available for 3 years. but some like, they seem to bring them a small container from behind the counter when they go forward and ask.4 then we hear how a worker says. it's late, unt...
Great deli style food with a large selection of menu options. Since I bought soup with my order, I politely asked if I could get a few mini corn breads from the salad bar. The lady at the counter gave me a small plate and was very nice and polite.Then I head over to the salad bar to get my corn bread and the employee that works at the salad bar looked at me and said: are you stealing my cornbread? I said excuse me? She said it one more time: are you stealing my cornbread?I love Jason‘s deli but this employee certainly ruined my mood for dinner.
Just left this location. New manager whom I’ve never seen before approached me saying that I needed to pay for anything extra after I had finished eating. Little did he know that I was only taking what I and my family didn’t finish eating and were bagging to take home. Also I had asked for a small cup so I could get some pasta because when I was fixing my salad they did not have it ready. After many years of visiting this place in Mesquite I’m extremely disappointed.
