Stopped in on my way out of Sydney for a take away breakfast. My coffee was weak and way too hot; I asked for warm. The rest were okish. BUT the croissant with jam & cream - no cream & the jam was a .20cent plastic portion tub. Toast .... 2 slices of plain white bread, not toasted & a mountain of vegemite. Finally my bagel ($11.90) with cream cheese & salmon, etc .... still looking for a hint of salmon, are they on migration? All I got was a warm bagel with butter & I think some cream cheese if I used a microscope. PATHETIC! We would have been better off going to maccas; at least you get what you pay for. This was $35 of nothing.
I go to this café quite frequently after school. Management has changed a lot over the past 6 months and the standard of service upon every visit is never the same. Some of the waitstaff are lovely, but others are completely clueless. One time they got my order wrong 4 times, and I stood there waiting for nearly half an hour as they made, remade, and remade my drink. The standard of food is reasonable. Not anything special, but good for lunch. I'd consider it overpriced for the quality that they give you, but I'd still be willing to eat there as much as I do.
Let me highlight GREAT coffee........ BUT........in my 4+ visits I have ever received the meal I ordered..............maybe a stream of hot lava screwed the plate.............Seriously, I initially used this for breakfast business meetings.............we no longer do that BUT we still go there for great coffee.......
We popped for coffee after lunch 6 of us we sat outside and ordered inside at the counter The lady taking our orders was great she was happy, knew about coffee and made it easy to order We waited a few minutes and our coffees were served quality of our coffees was good overall a positive experaince

This place has the best hot chocolate and coffee! It's in my top five favorite spots to make a special trip for. The back courtyard is a lovely spot to relax, especially on sunny days. The food is also delicious - I especially enjoyed the pasta last time I was here.
The food is good, staff don't always look so happy. The food did take quiet some time coming out. For a few bottle beers and glass of wine they took ages. Will go back, but hope to get quicker service next time.
I believe the coffee maker has been replaced, and ever since then, the coffee has been fantastic! There are not many good coffee shops in the area, especially on public holidays.
The coffee at this restaurant is outstanding with beautiful latte art! The staff is friendly and it's a great spot for brunch with friends. Can't get enough of the coffee here!

I'm never disappointed. I go there daily and staff are up beat and helpful. Although options are opening up for coffee shops in Pennant Hills, I'm sticking with my vote
Very over-rated!Coffee in a plastic mug!You must be joking!Food quite ordinary.Won't be going back.Great situation,shame the food lets them down.
