Nos gustó mucho. Solo había ido un par de veces hace años, cuando estaban en El Carmen y era a la carta. Han cambiado mucho el concepto desde entonces. Ahora el lugar es una típica casa del Cabañal, restaurada y con un espacio abierto, donde se puede ver cómo cocinan, y solo hay 4 mesas, lo que garantiza una atmósfera más íntima. El menú de huevos dorados consiste en 9 pases; todos los platos fueron muy buenos, aunque el que menos me gustó fue el último postre que tenía setas, regaliz y ajo negro. Lo que he echado de menos es algún plato de carne (más). Volveremos para probar el menú de invierno y ¡esperamos que nos sorprendan! Incredible gastronomic experience at Gallina Negra. We tried the long menu (7 savory dishes and 2 sweet ones) and we loved the proposal. Traditional dishes reinvented in an original way. Varied winery at a more than reasonable price. And the exceptional Room: kindness, elegance and professionalism in equal parts. It is on its way to becoming one of the essentials in Valencia. My husband and I have gone to dinner and it has been incredible, we have gone to the new place and it is beautiful, super original and you feel at home, it is a place that never disappoints and we will go back more times.
