The restaurant has changed ownership, and after waiting over 30 minutes, my pad see ew still wasn't ready. This is the first time I've received a tasteless and dry pad see ew from this location, even though I live just four houses away. I'm really disappointed. The tom yum soup lacks that signature sour flavor and instead tastes more like tomato soup with shrimp. As for the spring rolls, each one only had two tiny shrimp inside, and one of them had just a single shrimp half on top—what is going on? I won’t be returning. The food quality has seriously declined in flavor, and it’s frustrating that I paid $42 when I could have opted for Thai BBQ instead. I will truly miss my previous lady's coo...
The service here was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the food was amazing. We found the Pad Thai to be a bit on the sweet side with a thicker sauce, which we absolutely enjoyed. The drunken noodles were also a hit. We tried the crispy rice salad and were smitten with the sauce as well. The restaurant's interior has a wonderfully authentic atmosphere, in my humble opinion. They even had cooking videos playing on the TV, which made us even hungrier. I can’t wait to return! Thank you!
This charming little restaurant serves delicious food. I read online that you can request most items on the menu to be made vegan, and they were absolutely correct! The waiter was incredibly knowledgeable and could explain the ingredients in each dish, as well as what modifications would be needed for a vegan version. The Pad See Ew was not only tasty but also incredibly filling! It's a fantastic spot with great food and very friendly, attentive staff.
My gf and I have been here two days in a row, and we absolutely love it! We have tried their spicy basil dish w/ shrimp, spicy noodle soup, larb, Khao soi, and fried ice cream so far. All of them are delicious! We chatted with the boss lady during our meal, and it turns out that she has been cooking for her whole family since she was a 9 year-old girl in Thailand (she has 13 siblings!! The shrimp salad and shrimp fried rice were both delicious and offered generous portions. The Pad See Ew was equally satisfying. However, the steamed gyoza didn't meet our expectations. Our server was exceptional, and it's puzzling why this restaurant isn't always bustling; it's certainly underrated when it comes to quality Thai cuisine. I highly recommend it over any other restaurant in Bellflower or Cerritos.
Attentive and friendly service with heaping portions bursting with flavor! Our server helped us figure out exactly what we wanted to eat and even customized the menu options to best suit our needs. The curry and brown fried rice with some Thai iced tea on the side are my favorites so far. I loved that they also have vegan and vegetarian options!
Local spot tucked away in a corner plaza. Came in early Saturday evening to have dinner. Quaint and quiet. It was not crowded. The food is amazing. Larb, Pra-Ram, Teriyaki Chicken and Combo Fried Rice was on our menu this time. This is our 2nd visit. First time we had Tom Yum soup. So healthy and filling!
