These young people are truly exceptional. They're always eager to help, and I visit the shop every Saturday, often stopping by during the week as well. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I recently dropped in to place my Christmas order, and despite the long hours leading up to the holiday, they greeted customers with smiles and friendly conversations. All their products are of high quality and very affordable. If customers are looking for something specific, they work hard to find it and even offer cooking tips. This shop is a real gem for Otley. I give it 5 stars all day long!
