Man with a gun! Patrons over poured alcohol and belligerent! Yikes!!!First time customer and last!Went here with my husband and our 8 year old son. From the moment we walked in the hostess had a snob attitude because we didn’t have reservations. He still sat us down “in the back” as he put it.Once we were sat down at a table with 2 chairs, my husband had to grab a seat for himself from another table. We immediately noticed strange behavior from all patrons dining at the moment. One woman walking around stumbled catching her fall but spilling her wine all over herself and acting like nothing happened. A very old school Chicago italian eatery. Very sociable bar area and large dining area. The locals tell me JC's has been around forever and is a staple among the locals. Service is unbelievably friendly and helpful with suggestions and proactively taking care of your needs from drinks and bread down to take out boxes. I tried the sausage parmesean, never knew such a dish existed! Very generous portions! If I wasn't getting on a plane, I would have taken the rest home.

Laura was fantastic! She was incredibly friendly and attentive. The pizza was delicious! We were a group of seven and ordered two large garden pizzas, which we devoured completely! It was karaoke night, and we had a blast. After enjoying some desserts, we paid our bill and stuck around for a round of drinks. It was the best experience I've had there in quite a while!

Hostess act like she don't want to be there I ask for Recommendations no help at all so I order a burger I ask for a med Rare I told her to make sure it was not well done or med well it was just that bad Experience would never come back again Reserva una mesa ahora
