I’m using to it taking too long to get your food. Been eating here for years. But today was enough I placed an order online. It said the order would be there in 30mins. Again I’ve been here before so I knew it would take longer. My boyfriend gets there an hr later and my food is still not ready. He stated he wanted a refund. Instead of apologizing and giving us a refund he started arguing with my boyfriend. He then went out back and got a pistol once he didn’t like how the conversation was going. Completely disgusting behavior from a grown man/business owner. Definitely don’t recommend anyone going there. I been going to Jeano's Restaurant for quite some time now and they're one of my favorite restaurants in the city of Brockton! I never a bad experience with them. The last thing I got from them was Cabrit (goat) and rice with beans and plantains. The rice with beans was large in portion and it was made to perfection. Also, the goat meat was on point! I went to this restaurant was a little SKEPTICAL Becuase of the , but I said let’s give it a try… thinking I was going to get fresh food, mom tasted it and said nope it’s REFRIED

This place has been open for years. They also updated the look to the interior. The Food is worth the wait. The manager can have better manners though

The customer services is horrible, they do not abide by the time food is supposed to be ready. And it’s overly priced for the full experience
