Third time I go to Jefferson?s and the first impression is still the same, terrible service, takes a long time for them to do anything; let me elaborate. We got there and sign says ?Please wait to be seated? waited for about 5 min before anyone would aknowledge us, mind you it was not full or busy and plenty of servers. Got seated, and it took about 12 min for someone to come and get our order of drinks, to which at that point we already decided what to eat. I ordered the Guacamole Chicken sandwich, it took another 25 min for the food to arrive. People who came way after us got their food first. Came in here a dozen years ago when it was under a different name and it was awesome then. Came in this afternoon. Was seated right away, and Megan promptly waited on me . She was spot on. Friendly, and just a we bit of chat. Just what a customer wants in a waitress. Ordered fifteen wings, fries, and iced tea. Food came out fast. Caribbean jerk and Mango Habanero. Wings were very good. Could have been a little spicier for my taste, but we're still pretty good. Fries were a disappointment considering they charge $1.49 extra. They were the frozen crinkle cuts that I like, but we're only like warm. Probably should have said something, but ate most of them anyway. Iced tea was very good. All in...
The service made a strong effort, but the experience left something to be desired. The wings were overly salty, and the margarita had an unexpected hint of pineapple, which wasn’t what I ordered. They served my salad on a hot plate, which was off-putting, and despite asking for water, it took three requests before it finally arrived. I ordered a drink that came after I had nearly finished my meal. I’m not sure I would return, but perhaps it was just an off day for the restaurant. On the plus side, the servers and managers were attentive and replaced the salad with fries. While not the healthiest option, I needed something to eat. I waited 15 minutes for a table despite many empty seats. The service was not great. We met our son in the bar area, but it took 50 minutes for our food to arrive after we were seated. When it finally came, the food was lukewarm. It was decent in taste, but my Black and Bleu Burger was quite small. Our drinks took a while to arrive as well. The music bingo was not entertaining, and the DJ didn't do a good job. We ended up spending over $80 for three people. I wouldn’t recommend Jefferson’s; there are much better places to eat. Unfortunately, it took nearly 40 minutes for my food to be ready, and I only found this out after asking the waitress to check on my order, as it had been an hour since I first called. When I finally got home, the fries were cold and the fried pickles were barely cooked. The wings were decent, but certainly not worth the long wait. My family and I all felt that the overall experience did not justify the $65 we spent on our meal.
Everything was incredible! The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. Kaden and T Bush (Tiffany) truly enhanced our experience by ensuring everything was fresh and checking in on our satisfaction. The food and drinks were affordable and absolutely delicious! We were really impressed, having just come from Florida, and we would recommend Jefferson to absolutely everyone!
I wanted oysters... but because of the storm they were out (recent hurricane) the ultimate loaded cheese fries... wow were they awesome. Filled me up too. Really nice restaurant . Wish i could have eaten more to give more of a review but wasn?t all that hungry. Really nicely decorated. Loved the theme. Wonderful service. Absolutely would recommend and would love to visit again.
We've eaten here multiple times over the past year, and my favorites are the double-dipped wings and curly fries. On our most recent visit a few weeks ago, our waiter seemed more focused on following around a young waitress than serving us.
